FOUND SOME :)

Looking for a Pace suspension fork from around 1996/1998-ish, so looking at the following...

RC35 MXC/MXCD/MD

RC36 or RC36 EVO

Ideally with a 1" threadless steerer at 200mm long , but I'll consider 1"1/8 steerers (of any length) as they can be swapped out/shimmed etc.

Not looking for mint condition, but something usable would be Nice, I'll consider forks that need new elastomers (i have a few spare).

What you got???

Re: PACE 36 Evo £176 + postage

Hello,

I have a some RC 36 evo (1997-8) excellent (near mint) condition.
Travel = 70mm (eibach coil springs)
£176 + postage

Am the original owner, purchased direct from Pace during a ‘closing down sale’.
Ridden briefly until the 1inch headtube frameset I was using (Bontrager titanium) was retired from service . Been careful stored ever since.

Any questions or if you would like to see something in more detail, I will do my best to help.
Will measure steerer tube length later, (clearly quite long!)
Will verify critical Pace crown race shim is insitu / available (I believe it is)

Thanks for looking

Re:

Thanks tangent, they do look almost immaculate, but unfortunately above my budget and requirements at the moment. . Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Hello Jimo746 , no probs...well you know they are out there.
Also feel free to send me an offer closer to your budget if you like.
As I explained in the post, am very unlikely to use 1 inch again as no longer have any suitable frames to accommodate (altho' these can be converted to 1 1/8" which is why have held onto them)...any happy fork hunting!

Re: PACE RC35/36 Fork

Cheers Tom, I'll keep them in mind, they're the RC35 AB Fork? Bit earlier than I'm looking for really, but they're nice .

Yes mate the AB, appreciate they’re early ones. Good luck with the search!
