Is the short Thompson stem to suit standard size bars?

looks like it from the pics, says 25.4mm on the stem which is standard. also a shame since i want it but i have oversized bits

maybe interested in the longer one but not sure... only 10mm shorter than my current one.

I would def have the 100 x 5 with the 25.4 clamp if no-one before wants it...I guess you have the internal clamp for it?
