But what is the lenght of this stem ?

It looks like it has more than 0 degree rise, so is a min of 90mm ?

how can i measure the area everyone is asking about as it doesn't say on it or the handle bars i brought with it .

On Thomson stems it would be written on the side just below the logo on one side.

Jim all the information your being asked about is written on the face plate (it hold the bars) and along the side of the stem.
