I have available the following SPD's, both pairs are showing signs of use, and are definitely not mint.
First up a pair of Coda SPD pedals, the bearings are shot so they feel lumpy, but threads are good, spares or repairs £10 posted.
A pair of Ritchey SPD pedals, well used, scratched and dented, but good threads and bearings £15 posted
And finally a set of Shimano cleats, brand new in the bag, model SM-SH55 £7 posted.
Or would be interested in swaps for the following:
Non drive side crank arm 175 long.
A funky 1" quill stem, I beam or CNC'd.
A seat post in 26.6mm, black as a preference.
A pair of Trans X braced downhill bars in black with a blue or red brace.
I don't need these to be cosmetically perfect, as they are going on either my hack or klunker, and will be well used.
