Retro Newbie
Hi all, a friend of mine has suggested i post my bike on here to see if anyone is interested in it. I have recently replaced (but not in my heart) with something a bit more practical, the bike has been recently serviced by Recycle Enginering in Hyde Park (Leeds) who replaced the cassette, chain and rear tyre as well as servicing the gears and the brakes
Full spec:
Frame Construction: TIG-welded
Frame Tubing Material: Ovation 7000 aluminum
Fork Brand & Model: Sync 568, 4.0" travel
Shift Levers:SRAM Centera
Front Derailleur :Shimano Acera top-swing
Rear Derailleur: Shimano Alivio
Crankset: FSA cranks (Solid through axle so no bottom bracket) with TA chain rings (Added 2003)
The tyres are semi slick as it has been used on roads the past year or so.
The frame itself is perfect as a base to upgrade the parts for a bombproof trail bike.
I am open to suggestions around the £80 mark, the bike cost £600 new and has over £200 spent on it in parts and servicing
Unable to post so it will have to be collection only in Leeds
