That's a fantastic looking bike - is it 531 Special Lightweight tubing by any chance?

Oops just seen the thread title - of course it's 531SL or Extra Leger in French. Numpty me!

I've never heard of Fleche D'or bikes, do you know it's history?

Certainly looks like a 531sl (red) transfer and the whole bike is gorgeous and just as a small aside (I know we shouldn't comment on price but this is a positive comment ). I have just been looking at the price of chroming and to do a whole frame I have seen £311 quoted so this is surely a total bargain :!: :!: :!: :!:

Fleche D'or

Measurements are centre to centre seat tube to steerer tube, and centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube where seat post exits. Yes there are mudguard eyes.
