sadly as the title suggests these brakes are only really fit cosmetically to be used on someone's pub/work bike as the shiny surface was attacked when they were accidentally left to soak for a while in soapy water which had small amount of soap suds as well as washing up liquid.
Soap suds being a general term for soda crystals which behave like caustic soda only in a much slower fashion. Regardless, if you ever need to quickly make some of your prized campy components appear less desirable to any potential thieves then this is precisely the method to follow...
Still functionally as they should be though.

They are 1995..--onwards I believe as they have the group name on the logo (think that's correct info anyway based on reading other folks threads on here before)
