Been away for a few days, ..............Thanks for all the replies, ..........personal opinions & tastes are a wonderful thing, Future Collectables are driven by supply & demand, so the shit that no one cares about & ends up down the tip becomes very scarce. Its with this in mind im hoping my Apollo in about 20 years time might be worth £20.50p

Nostalgia's a powerful thing and no doubt people think the same of 90's MTBs.
If it floats your boat I guess it can't be wrong.

Also, I'm too young to have been there when they came out which is possibly why I don't get it?

We called the Grifter we had (it must have 100 hand by the time we got it) the ball breaker, because every now and then it would shift out of gear underload and you'd either spin the pedals so suddenly your balls would hit the gear stick, or it would lock up and you'd hit your balls on the stem.

I would really like one of these.... They might be considered heavy and , well heavy... but my friend had one when I was a kid and it was epic. Kinda reassured you about Earth's gravity every time you landed it.
