I've got this full sized couch in my living room in front of the TV with two recliners built into it-one at each end. Most nights I fall asleep on one end or the other before making it back to bed later...

Now I'm not sure how true this is but the first recliner was designed by the man that developed carling so you know it must be good.

Hmm. Not sure how true that is either, but my own taste in beer suggests that reclining chairs can't be much cop after all, then.

However, apparently Eddie "Carling Black Label" Taylor* definitely invented the double-sided electric toaster (before that you had to turn the bread around yourself) before doing a hatchet job on the brewing industry.

*Despite the current advertising doing its best to stress Carling's "Britishness", the stuff actually began life in Canada before pitching up here in the 50s. Fact. Oh, and apparently the Carling brewery was originally founded by a Yorkshireman and brewed ale rather than lager. Where did it all go wrong?

Good lord you really have everything in California! Nice weather, nice rides and double recliners
