The Stratos.... Is 20" centre to top ? I really need a 18" frame that's all. I'm 5 11"

And could you get me a guesstimate to the UK please ?

Altitude of course at that price, but guess no chance.
Too busy being out in the sun for this one.

Even with $100 shipping it would be a good price.

Just took a better measurement of the Stratos (did a quick one when it was hanging from the rafters prev.). It looks to me to be closer to 19 measuring to the centre of the effective top tube. Atiltitude is probably closer to 18 1/2.
