Date stamped 1992. 
I bought two of these recently, after a long wait for one. I got one from this very forum, and the other from ebay. two seems a bit pointless, so I'm selling thebay one as it's not in as immaculate condition as the one I bought from here.
There;s a very small nick to the bottom of the RH rear side (just detectable in the pics. But the logos are all still in very good condition. The colour is a virtually perfect match for the grey XTR cable outers, and m95* groupset.
