Flite Problem - Very uncomfortable!

I always thought I had a flite shaped behind. All my bikes had them in the 90's.

Recently got one and after about 20 minutes I can barely stand it. Given it 10 runs now and it has to go. Stuck a Rolls on and it is so much better, but is quite heavy.

Is it an extra padding one or something though? (See pic) It looks pretty normal to me.

It hurts just above the word "titanium." Anyone else get this problem?

To be brutal, you may have had a Flite-shaped behind in the nineties - but this ain't the nineties.

I had a Brooks Team Pro shaped behind in the nineties. It's Flite-shaped now.

Behinds change.

I've ALWAYS found Flight saddles uncomfortable except for the carbon that is. I think that it's the shape as I find San Marco saddles of similar size to be comfortable.

Flight

How interesting.
I just got off the phone to my old training buddy, he and I have been using flights since 1993/4 and he was complaining of a sore Biffins. We racked our brains, New shorts, different position on a different bike but no joy. So the only thing thats changed is his shape. Ha lower centre of gravity more wait on the arse than on the arms so more pressure on teh saddle. So he needs to defy gravity and get fit. I'll be sure to tell him :D

I came to similar conclusions as I passed 30. I simply do not get on with my Flite any more after years of happy service. They also tend to sag IME and so the pressures applied to the various bits of the seat differ from a newer unit.

C'mon next you will be telling me father Christmas does not exist
So where do my shiny bling bling parts come from on the 25th :?:
