flickr to Retrobike picture transfer a muppet guide please

Muppet guide required {again} try as i might no luck :facepalm:

Please explain .
I have tried , address, then

No good :roll:
i have no issues sending pictures to flickr or the bay. So what i am doing wrong to load a picture onto RB
