Flandria year

Hi, I need help find the year of my vintage Flandria, here are some pictures, before and after paint, there are also Flandria rims and Freddy Maertens handelbar to the bike, my guess is mid 70's but I'm not sure.

Frame looks 70's , the forks look like they are from a better frame with the chrome, cast MC style crown and no mudguard eyes?

Appears around mid 70's Half way up the pecking order (mudguard eyes) as said forks appear later better quality (possibly) from a different manufacturer
