your chain rings are lined up wrong (unless you're doing biopace the 'right' way) and that middle ring looks past it

I've never been taught how to line up chainrings, so maybe a bit of help please... nowt wrong with wear on the middle ring either...

Sorry, they look very similar to the Pedersons I was thinking about last week.

The chainrings have little ridges in them that line up with the pedal arm, the outer has a peg that stops the chain from jamming between leg and ring.
