Yeah there was at least one long cage/MTB mech. This one turns up sometimes and I think I've seen a slightly different version -

I've had searches set up for the La Nuova Dimensione range since I bought the first Scapin as a potential option, but it's rare anthing comes up. Most commonly bottom brackets. I think there's a headset on Ebay at the moment.
