Finding local trails

If you use Multimap there is an OS map option in the drop down at the top of the map.

Then look for green dotted lines, they are footpaths/bridleways

Here is an example from near me

It's called BING now Microsoft bought them, unfortunalty not quite as good on teh OS side of things yet, but I do use it.

I like Google maps... but no OS (although I do have an OS map of the area.. )..

Is there a modern mountain bike club near you you could join. Tis what I did and the leaders know pretty much eveything round here although they rate my bikes alongside halfrauds/JJB £100 jobs as "there old and rubbish" :evil:

Always good though when you go past that chap on a modern £2000 full sus though

Only road clubs that I've found locally - I am a little tempted by drop bars and skinny tyres, but not that much... and I'm not big on socialising, don't mind small groups but larger ones are a problem..
