This might be a great project for someone, I just dont have the time to do it!
Not sure on era, perhaps a member can let us know what year this is?
Marin Palisades Trail in polished alloy colour
will measure it in a mo and post up measurements, but looks to be about a 19" ?
Shimano STX rear mech, 7 speed cassette, 7 speed shifter pods Alivio front mech
original front wheel , looks to be a VP20 type rim on an SX hub. Rear looks like it is STX rear hub on a deeper section V rim, I'll scrape through the grime to find decals in a bit!
Marin ahead stem, Marin riser bars. Marin seapost. Continental [ i think] amberwall road slicks on there.
Sugino chainset.
unbranded V Brakes, I guess pro max or tektro etc.
The forks are RST 381 s they hardly move but might be serviceable. The frame is in ok condition, decals partly worn away, there is a long scrape down the left hand side of the downtube that has scraped the alloy, but it might buff out.
The wheels seem ok, slightly rough rear hub, the cables all need chucking, but this will make a good project for sure.
