Diacompe 986 H Purple NOS would swap against 986 silver or 15euros
Rock Shox Indy SL(w/out elastomers, springs) with Englund Total Air Kit NOS, if wished I'll install it and it will be proven through my mechanic.... fork has been ridden... 65 euros
control tech post 31,6/260 black, 30euro

ODI Attack Grips neongreen, once installed , never ridden 13euro
