Favourite Art or Pic in your house?

I may not know art, but I know what I like...

And yes, it's really a joke, and an obscure, film reference...

Imola 94. (Currented rented house has immaculate walls so we haven't got any pics up)

Changes a lot, but one thing we keep up and out of storage is a watercolour of my grandmother and great uncle as children, and all our original Picassos. Oh wait, someone stole them! Ho hum.

my mam is a big fan of alexander millar
and i have grown quite fond of his work myself.

so we have a few originals, plus a cracking sculpture.....along with several over pieces

we have the original of this, in storage...though it was a 5 figure sum!

and the bronze angel sculpture on the left....just down a bit...

also have work from paul oz...we have the elvis one....scroll down on this link

Wow...love the Paul Oz stuff...looks expensive!!!

His take on the Star Wars characters is just stunning, and his black and white of Norman Wisdom...pure skill of the artist to portray a character with no colour, but produce such a colourful piece....if you know what I mean!!!

I suppose a Beavis and Butthead animated cel would only bring the cultural level of this thread down several notches so I will just ogle the boobies.

I have always liked this painting (oil on canvas). You can't see from the picture but the paint almost looks knifed on. It is a painting you have to dust!

I know it came from Hong Kong in the 70s.
