top tube length for this medium is 23 inches ? ( so about 58.5 cm ?)
seen that in the frame size table of 92.

by the way identical top tube for the Fat Ti ?
( wish I had won at the lottery this week :? well I won last week but a meagre 2 quids so does nor help much I am afraid )
