That's not a fat. Look at the chainstays. It lacks the bullet shaped ends.

The Team Chance was an initiative by the Canadian FAT importer and Chris didn't really like the idea. The importer imported Concorde also. It had a lot in common with the Concordes.

This isn't a Team Chance

My initial thought was Buck with wrong decals, but surprisingly it hasn't asymetric chainstays. Late Monster?
