Yes, with a few exceptions RAL colours are quite 'industrial' i.e. Think warehousing / racking / industrial trucks / machinery / prefab building skins etc

We use them a lot at work, we make industrial batteries so if you want go know the RAL code for a Jungheinrich truck, just ask  (RAL1028 : Melon yellow ... )

My Marin and kit car bits are coated to RAL shades and (IMO) look good, but they are not in the same 'eye catching' leauge as say a fancy painted fade Klein or fat etc.

Take it to a paint shop suppliers - they will have RAL charts to compare to. You may get lucky with 'Plain' (no offence intended !) colours i.e. The first pic above but anything more exiting may put you into the realms of automotive colours :D

and just for extra fun Fat also used coloured lacquers on top of the paint on some of their paint schemes

I know its a (very) poor way of doing it but checking how that bike looks on my screen I reckon RAL5017 (Traffic Blue) & RAL1016 (Sulfur Yellow) are the closest RAL can offer :
