Fat Chance Kickstarter

Re:

Unfortunately current technology (as in new sus-forks) requires the oversize and tapered head tube, and sus-corrected geometry.

Certainly would look better with a lower and skinnier head tube. Would be nice if they had that option.

I Feel like a fool who has had his Pants "ROYALLY" Pulled down.

It looked quite good in the reveal shots they released yesterday. Now I've seen it in full I take my statement back.

Feel a bit sorry for those who had vouched $5000.

This is like peep shots of Mila Kunis in her undies. .

Meg Griffen in her gym pants...

The head tube in the pic with the fireproof boxes looks OK. Given that most folk seem to want the rigid forks maybe he should offer a 1 1/8" head tube just for them, and 44mm for bouncers.
Chainstays look good!
We need pics with bouncy forks. I think it could look OK, and the proof of the pudding ...
What exactly was everyone expecting?

Re:

I'm not buying one and in no way a FAT fan.

But the rigid forks look shite, rest of the frame looks fine just like any other. You can't see any detail to see if any 'fat' features have been kept. (Bullet tip dropout for example)

Why not design the fork to move with the technology is well and use and design a wider cool looking crown with a tapered steerer? Would look much better.

Still it's a first attempt, many more to go hopefully.
