As Chris says, local repair is do-able. . . However, stuff doesn't look right on this. I think someone has been at this quite a lot. Its pretty different to my Monster. . Crud catcher bosses? And how high up the seat tube are those bottle bosses? But still, as a peanut hack, its worth the current £2.70. . .
