Tip a pack of budget smoked salmon pieces into a frying pan with a knob of butter. Fry gently until just cooked. Beat three free range eggs with a little cream or milk, a grinding of salt and pepper and a little chopped parsley.

Add to pan and scamble until barely set. Tip onto hot buttered toast - squeeze over a little lemon juice -serves two!

trying that one

a bap/roll/bun
make a hole in the top and crack an egg in it ,grated Parmesan or crumbled stilton wrap in tinfoil, 15 or so mins in hot oven ,or 3 in a micro (minus foil)
enjoy

2x slices of bread in toaster, put baked beans in microwave (take out of tin first). Genius. Might catch on!

Take 1 x large bag "hint of lime" Doritos, 1x tin Stagg Dynamite Chilli, 1 x pack of Tesco Value (or cheapest available) cheese slices, half a lime.

Microwave chilli for 2-3 minutes in a bowl. Take a large dish and layer up Doritos, then chilli, then several slices of cheese. Repeat until everything is used up. Squeeze lime over the top of the lot. Microwave the whole thing for a further minute and a half. Done!

* You won't be able to move after eating all this - best to plan an afternoon on the sofa.

Uncle Ben's Express Rice!! Just 2 minutes in the microwave and usually very tasty ... especially if you add a know of butter into the rice when you tip it into a bowl and mix it all up!! 8)

Or my personal favourite ... mild cheddar cheese and marmalade sandwiches ... totally unhealthy and wonderfully lovely!! :D

An omlette of whatever you have in the kitchen. Make sure the pan is hot before you put the egg in, though.
