Family sues Strava over descending death

Strava is all a bit gnarly dude for me, far too competitive. Endomondo is my preferred tipple, more of a social networking bike App.

I'm not into worrying about top speed, though did once record 41MPH in a pursuit chasing a stolen motorbike (we got him ;) ) Wearing full body armour, SWAT boots and a PR24NX makes that pretty good going!

Managed 42.8mph on the moonlander in Aprils fatbike meet in the lake district....almost wiped my mate out trying to stop at a junction

I find the glitches in my Blackberry's GPS give hilarious Endomondo plots...I got 120kmh uphill on my singlespeed apparently!

Had 54.9mph a few years back.

It certainly isnt strava's fault.
He was the rider. If you really cant beat someones time - then what?
Or vice versa?

To be fair too he knew in advance that he would have to break the speed limit to achieve his new KOM. Sad for his family but he was in the wrong in more than a few ways. Saying that it is California so they might win anyway.
