I think not.

Usually peoples feet are slightly different in size and if your medial arch has fallen slightly then you will have a longer (ie appearing larger) foot on that side....

One testicle hangs lower than the other in all men (usually) as it means they don't bang together so much as if they were side-by-side and so reduces damage to them over time....

Possibly irritation to the lower oesophagus is causing diaphramatic spasms which are trying to expel the offending food.....? Not sure but could be....
