Facing steel headtubes- rust?

Probably a dumb question, but if you get the headtube on a steel frame faced, won't it be a rust point from then on? What can you do that leaves it still properly parallel but sealed from the weather?

when you fit the headset, just gob a load of thick grease over the ends too. Will be fine!

copperslip the cups before you put them in the copper slip seals it            or grease if ou use grease use mega thick stuff that wont wash away
