There's a bit in the clip after both fronts have sheared off, and Beumi's hurtling towards a barrier.

No front wheels on his wagon, but he's instinctively trying to steer to correct the car.

I've done something similar whilst sitting in the drivers seat of my powerboat. After being recoverd (boat back on trailer) and then towed up the slipway behind a car, when the car turned a corner at the top of the slipway I instinctively turned the steering wheel of the boat to follow the car round the corner :roll: .

It worked though, I got round okay

what worries me is they say f1 technology filters down to the cars we buy!

exploding bolts on the wheels!

wonder what the outcome would have been 50 years ago? or just pre gravel trap?
