this has got my head done in - Here is the info and I really hope someone can help?

I uploaded a CD on to iTunes and instead of iTunes putting it in track order (1,2,3,4,5....etc) it has put it in 2,1,4,3....etc and as its a mix, the CD is all over the place. Short of uploading it again what can i do?

Ahhhhh - :!: :!: :!: Steve Jobs - your crown has slipped :!:

Not sure but I'll have a look later mate. Think it's something to do with if you've got your albums in alphabetical order or not :?

Silly question, but your ipod isn't set to 'shuffle' is it?

You should be able to change the settings in itunes iirc.
However, I have come to hate itunes with a passion over the last few years for exactly the kind of problem you are having...

Sorry I should have said - this is in iTunes. Its doing my nut in man, proper getting to me. all my other 90's dance mixes are fine but this one is crap!

At the top of each column in iTunes' track listing is a label: "Name", "Time", "Artist", "Album" and so on...

Click each label to re-order the track listing according to that label in ascending order. Click it again to re-order the tracks in descending order.

Also, in the bottom-left corner of the iTunes window is a "+" symbol which creates new playlists. It's a lot easier to organise music tracks when you create a playlist for one particular type of music or one particular artist and drag the relevant tracks into it.
