Solfiane is in a Russian Prison until Oct.4 for pretrial detention. I would guess they don't have a lot of illegal immigrants there. Apparently there is no border crossing for French people on bicyles.
They should post a sign in French "NO FRENCH PEOPLE ON BICYCLES ALLOWED"
