Built on nos Wolber 32/32 tubular rims last June for L'eroica Britannia, especially for a Bianchi Rekord 920. New stainless spokes, double butted, nos Suntour Winner 6 speed freewheel and nos rear Vittoria Rally Kevlar tubular (front Vittoria too).

Wheels have covered 1day: 35 miles only (the L'Eroica short course) and dry stored ever since.

Looking to get back build cost £190 (rims £95, spokes and building £70, NOS Tubular £25). All in they cost me £325 (Record hubs and nos Freewheel)

Fabulous tubular feel on the road and the TX rims look the 80's part. TX rims selling all over the Bay NOS for £120-160 a pair. Without doubt THE tubular rim of choice of the era.

Only selling because upgrade of the bianchi to full C Record.

Everything, except the hubs. Completely rebuilt with brand new TX rims. I know you're a stickler for NOS in the boxes Ian, so I'll let you off with it. :)

One days use - 35 miles. Not even long enough to get dust in them. Paid £325 all in, selling £180. It's a fair price for the usage I think..

Its just that the rear rim looks like it has covered a thousand or so miles, or is it glue marks on the edge of the rear rim ?
