Ernie Chambers of Mitcham, south London

I have just acquired this obscure named racing bike which likely dates to the 1950s or early 1960s. Ernie Chambers ran a cycle shop at 105 London Road, Mitcham for many years and was a former Olympic track cyclist later working for Claud Butler. Other than that there is little information known. The bike will be renovated but lacks any transfers on the downtube. If anyone can help regards the design or know of any other surviving frames please let me know. Thank you.
