Epsom Downs, how far from the stations?

Epsom Downs is now within the Freedom Pass/Oyster map, hoorah! So... how far are the downs themselves from either the Epsom Downs or Tattenham Corner railway stations please?

And can anyone tell me the correct OS Map number that I could look out for too?
