football needs a video ref like the one they have in rugby , not that it would of made any diffrence (apart for all the folk who bought sony tv's that get a tenner back from the purchase price everytime england scored a goal) but fairs fair and that was 100% a goal

just my 2p's worth

to be honest as i said, its a bit unfair on the ref, he has to make a decision as quick as he can and he did, people just need to accept that he was reffing to the best of his abilities, thats just how it is in football, people need to relax at least until they chage the ref system :?

Third German to the left of the ref, one look tells ya he's outside of the penalty area semi-circle...thats the refs view in reverse. The linesman...furthest left-England player =outside the box, if it takes two glances then he wants a job that involves a lollipop. Now sum into the plot that these people are looking into these small margins everyday. Every German player on the pitch (that includes those further afield than the ref and linesman and the dug-out members) were aware the ball crossed the line
