Yes. They come up on ebay fairly often and Pace still sell them.

Ah...well; that depends upon if it is a pre 2001 fork, which were all bolted steerers.
When the Pro Class 2[not to be confused with the '98 Evo Pro Class with gold stanchions] came out the crown design went to a non-bolted pressed in steerer arrangement which cannot be swopped easily. :?

If you're talking about a pair on the bay, and they're not these ones.....
(Which are RC38's anyway.)
All the others on the bay have removable steerers.
........and the one's ending this evening are the earlier Evo Pro's that JBD mentioned above with gold stanchions, so they're changeable.
