Hello all I have an old Elswick Hopper Turbo 12 and wondered if anyone knew anything about them especially what steel the frame is made of. I have googled around and drawn a blank.
Little bit of a novice at this but have looked down the seat tube and can't see a linear weld so would I be right in thinking that this is drawn, better quality steel?
Any help greatly appreciated
