Electra Jester Shimano nexus inter 3 SG-3C40

Hello
I have a Electra Jester with a Shimano nexus inter 3 SG-3C40 on the rear however I do not have the push rod, push rod holder unit and the handlebar grip gear changer.
Its a very long shot but do you have anything in your junk pile I could use ?
Not really worried on the condition as the Jester only comes out ever so often.
