So looking at it, it's already been repaired and now it's cracked again.

I've been a steel & ally welder for several decades and I know enough to know not to attempt to weld Titanium, it's a properly specialised job. I suspect either the frame wasn't made strong enough originally or it's been abused far beyond what it was designed to cope with. Either way it should have been a warning to the rider to change their riding style after getting it repaired which they haven't heeded and now they've chucked their toys from the pram.

good info in titanium fixing tho I thought it might be a tough job but didn’t realise it’s much harder than ally or steel

tbh I wouldn’t dare ride or bother fixing a cracked frame unless it was something sentimental but I am not very sentimental about most bikes I ride they normally get thrashed to death and any decent snaps or breaks get kept as battle trophies
