what vintage is this 91/92? always wanted one when i had my pine mountain in the early 90's

Always keen to be 'educated' - surely the first generation Marin Team Titaniums would 89 for the USA and 1990 for Europe/UK?

I believe it's a 91 as it appears to have 1 1/8th forks, and the rear brake is not a U-brake like the pre 90 small frames came with.
The top tube decal is technically in the wrong place.
If I'm really trying to be accurate, they look like 90 dropouts, so perhaps cross over year frame, but definately not later than 91 or earlier than 90.
Frame number should be 4 digits on the rear dropout, and might help me place it.
Thank god I'm 6ft as I really don't need another, especially as I've just taken delivery of yet another Ti framed bike.
