Can anyone confirm what these are? The straddle cable bolt looks more Tektro than Dia Compe :?

I've never seen Tectro do stuff like these and if you look carefully at the big pic you can see 'DC980' written on the left hand arms just below where the cables hook in...

Still can't find any info on either DC890 or 980. All I get are links to old school BMX stuff :?
