I recently sold a desk tidy that was purchased at cape canaveral in 1970 to commemorate the 69 moon landing (that did not happen
) and a man in norwich bought it for only £6.59  I was expecting it to make more than that but that is ebay for you.
about two months later I received negative feedback from the bloke and his reason was "postage was only £2.37 and not £4.00 as stated"
What an a... hole.I e;mailed him to say that the postage included packaging and he replied how much does an envelope cost
So I replied that I had the receipt for postage and for a large padded envelope that cost .99 pence so I only over charged him by .64pence and if he had bothered to make contact first I would happily have refunded him that money. He then got nasty and said that he would not reply to anymore e;mail's and would report me to ebay for harrasment
I sent him an ebay feedback revision request and an e;mail saying that if he needed the money that badly he was obviously punching above his weight at £6.59 and should stick to scrounging around car boot sales, and also that I had spent many months selling some v.valuable items with 100 percent feedback and what gave him the right to ruin it over 64 pence :?: :?: I also told him that I would be in norwich in a couple of days and would personally bring his 64 pence back to him as I only lived down the road  Which I do.And guess what ......................................
He revised my feedback and apologised profusely. Some people are just stupid all this over a few pence
now though.
