ebay concerns - what would you do

i won a fat chance frame off a guy in austria. He doesnt have paypal but his friend has sent me a paypal invoice

the guy has 0 feedback and wont reply to any emails i send him through ebay!!

what would you guys do?

Easy to be wise after the event and all that, but presumably you knew that he wouldn't accept Paypal before you bid on the item?

What payment options were offered ?

Tell him your not happy paying someone else,and if he cannot set-up his own account -then just to forget it.
Judge him by his reaction to that,if he gets all defensive ->run
