Easter egg, anyone?

Re:

Not surprising. We had christmas stuff before bonfire night. What did surprise me at the time was that some clown decided to start having sales just before christmas. The one time of the year when the public will risk braking the bank and someone decides its time we gave stuff away.I know one store that had complaints about christmas stuff being on display prior to november. Ruins it all really.

Re:

Check, Easter eggs on sale in my local village shop yesterday.

I've seen people with Christmas trees up at the start of November so it's no surprise. I felt the urge to knock on their door & ask wtf was going on but the need to keep out of the asylum stopped me. Definitely non cyclist types I think.

Re:

We noticed a house in Inverness still displaying lurid Christmas lights all over. Nuts. We have taken to leaving discrete white leds in a couple of spots so I guess it is just a question of taste.

I still have three Christmas puddings to get me through the festive season.

There's a very nice budgens on the way up to the school that does artisan cakes. Open till late on Saturdays.

Indeed.

Still have one proper tin tin of quality street and a toblerone, bendicks, Maltesers, and those little posh green and blacks chocolate bars in a big box to open.
