Early XTR M900 brakes - straddle length for front and rear?

Cool, I'll take a look at them in more detail now I know I'm looking at 2 rears. Wonder how the hell that happened? Reckon I can take the bike back under warranty and demand they fit the correct brakes? It's only been 26 years

From memory, the date stamp is 0 (zero, with diagonal strikethrough), but will check next time I'm near the bike.
