Totally missed this....what a beauty.....love that colour coordinated seatpost...i guess worth that to someone, seems a lot but can't be many (or any?) like that around.

As mentioned was a strange time to have an auction end. Watched the last three minutes in work instead of finishing off a presentation and even logged into eBay just in case it stayed low and was tempted to put in a sneaky bid, but as expected it rose to £860 which isn't a crazy price considering provenance and condition.

I don't need another bike, or have time or space to restore one, but it doesn't stop me looking and wanting and developing end-of-auction-fever from time to time!
