Wanted Early Nineties Grips

I’m racking my brain trying to think of some early nineties grips that would be suitable for my bike. I’ve currently got a pair of modern grips I bought from my local bike shop but I’m now starting to nit pick at the finer details with my bike and I just want to try and get the little details right. One of which being the grips. I can’t for the life of me think what aftermarket grip were around in the early nineties that are not Onza. There’s no way I’m paying the £50 plus that people are asking for Onza grips, especially as I ride the bike and they’re likely to get worn out or damaged through use. I guess my question is, are there cheaper available alternatives to Onza Porcipaws and Ules, ideally open ended because I have bar ends and who sells them? Otherwise, I guess I’ll just stick with what I’ve got. Thanks.

As above. ODI still make the attack grips so those are available fairly cheaply , just no longer have Tomac in the name. The recent ones i have bought are not open ended. Those are quite possibly my favourite grips ever. Failing that SJS have Grab-Ons or you can still get Ourys.

Thanks both. The ODIs look like a good option for something that looks right and is useable for reasonable money. Much appreciated. 👍

Here they are back in the 90's, rubber version. Glad you found an alternative.
