Like my own Raleigh 853, it's one of the earliest incarnations of the RSP 853 from ca.1998 - straight blade threaded steel forks and round main frame tubes give the game away. Cosmetically at least, it looks in a bad way around the head tube in particular.
Might be worth a go given the low bidding so far though - my own 853 was a bit shabby itself but only cost the princely sum of 46 quid and has built into a really nice bike after a trip to the powder coater.
