e-mail blocking

Hi...does anyone know if it is possible to block e-mails to your hotmail account....as in not just directing them to your junk mail box, but actually stopping someone sending them, so when they try, their e-mail gets rejected. ??? Thanx.

There is a button above your hotmail inbox say Sweep... Select the email you want to block, click the sweep link, you get some choices - block from this sender, domain etc.

Pretty sure you cannot block them at the source.
